Paid SGd398.00 for a new toy Black Asus Eee 701 4G :) It come with Linux with the following specs :
- Celeron M 900Mhz
- 512MB DDR2 RAM
- 4G SSD
- 7" TFT LCD
- VGA webcam
- 802.11 a/b WiFi
Playing a while with it and decided to upgrade its RAM to 2GB since it's only SGD65.00 for a Kingston DDR2 667Mhz RAM. To make it more complete, I've equip it with an external 8GB Sandisk SD card for more storage space which cost me another SGD65.00
Total investment for this new toy = SGD398 + SGD65 + SGD65 = SGD 528.00
So what I can do with this new toy ?
- Carry it around with my small bag
- Connect it to projector and do presentation
- Watch movies
- Surf net
- IM
The only drawback is its small keyboard. It takes some time to get use to it, but with it magic number 398, I wiling to give in to that. And now, I've already used to it ;)

A portable charger is the best charger that one can purchase. There are so many types of chargers, but the portable one is the perfect choice. You will be able to carry this charger with you and use it whenever your ipad runs out of battery. You do not have to miss capturing those special moments simply because the ipad is out of battery and it has been totally drained since you do not have access to a power socket.
